Welcome to HairPlan. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HairPlan, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Subscription and Payments

Access to HairPlan requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing displayed in the app. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.

Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance. Refunds are handled in accordance with the app store's policies.

3. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you create within the application. Your hair profile data, progress photos, and similar content are stored locally on your device. We also collect usage and analytics data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

We are not responsible for any hair care decisions you make based on the app's features or content.

We do not guarantee any specific hair growth, hair health, cosmetic outcome, or personal results from using the app. Results may vary between individuals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HairPlan and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
